Your vehicle has a huge amount of filters and filtration systems to keep the air and liquids flowing as freely as possible and at the same time removing any harmful elements that may affect your vehicle performance. Because of this it is important to understand how these filters work and how they benefit your car. Knowing this will help you in regular replacement of the filters in your car.

AIR FILTERS

An engine requires cleaner air than humans to breathe. Imagine travelling at speed along dusty and dirty roads and the air entering your engine is full of contaminants which could prove disastrous for your car once they enter the combustion chamber. Air filters are the initial point of contact for any air that is about to be mixed with your fuel before it combusted.

These filters have different levels of filtration (measured in microns) and flow, meaning the amount of air they allow into the system. Filters with higher flow of air are used for performance cars to allow engine generate more power. These filters are generally more advanced and expensive as compared to filters of the passenger cars. Heavy duty filters offer a higher level of filtration for longer duration of time. These heavy duty filters are mostly used in commercial vehicles.

CABIN FILTERS

The functioning of cabin filter is almost same as an engine air filter, instead of filtering the air that is going to help your car engine, it controls the air quality coming into your cabin through an air conditioning system. Cabin filters make sure that things like dust, exhaust gases and pollen are removed before it enters the car’s cabin and provides safe and contamination free air to the person inside the car.

Fuel Filters

Just like the air going into the engine has to be clean, in the same way the fuel has to be pure and clean before being injected and burnt. Fuel can get contaminated in numerous ways like when it is refined or when it’s stored at petrol stations and even in fuel tank. Hence a good fuel filter is required to keep the fuel clean and pure before entering the engine which will improve the performance of the engine and also lengthen the life of the vehicle.

Oil Filters

The basic purpose of engine oils is to lubricate all the components of the engine and picking up any contaminants and waste that accumulates in the engine during the process. As the oil goes through the engine and picking the contaminants and waste, it is cleaned by the oil filter before going through the engine again. This gives engine oil the cleaning power and long-life that’s so important for the engine.

Transmission Filters

Gears and Transmissions are possibly the most delicate parts of the car and work with a much higher degree of precision because of which they are expensive to repair and replace. Our previous location of I.T sector and call center have been changed and it is shifted to a new location. Our previous location was 33 Motijheel (3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th flr), Dhaka 1000 which is changed to 67, South Basabo, Dhaka 1214 in our own land and own building. Our new building has now 6 (six) floors. We preserved our street level for perking facilities of our officers, officials, customers and visitors. 1st floor has been used as I.T sector. 2nd floor has been used as information and foreign transaction office from where we transact and run corporate offices and manage workforce. We use our 3rd floor to store small parts and machinery and for packaging purpose. Sales department and commerce section is run on 4th floor. On the 5th we set a large seminar hall for any meeting, even for any ceremonious occasion like we have an opening ceremony when we started our new project of Sakura Autos. We use our 6th floor for excursion. Here is a pool board, a squash court, a small space for indoor cricket and a table football. Here is a dining room and a fast food corner for our workmen. Our another location which is used to store big machinery and vehicle accessories are at House #767, Road 4, Kalabagan, Dhaka. This store house is used for storing big machinery and car accessories just after unloading cargo. They are brought here with our own cost and are delivered in the suitable time of the clients.

Last year we imported many different kinds of machineries, they include Wheel Loaders, Cranes, Dozers, Forklifts, Road Rollers, Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Generators, Graders, Welding Machines, Air Compressors, Diesel Engines, Mixers, Compactors, Concrete Vibrators, Containers, Jack Hammers and so on. Heavy equipment has traditionally been sold directly or through dealers and brokers, but over the last two years we imported and sold directly to the  customers and tried to shake of mediators. Both buyers and sellers are attracted by the unique advantages of our new system. Sellers find that this opportunity is really very attractive because they can sell good amount and quantities of products and buyers are also pleased because now they do not need to buy from the brokers. In this way we generally take little profit and reach quickly to it buyer. When we get huge order if we get little profit we get larger share from the quantities. Buyers just order us and we contact the original seller. We visit the sellers, go into agreements and shipments. Buyers have access to many different types of equipment produced by different manufacturers. But here they are solely liable for purchasing the wrong or problematic machinery. Tires

   

Tires are classified into several standard types, based on the type of vehicle they serve. Since the manufacturing process, raw materials, and equipment vary according to the tire type, it is common for tire factories to specialize in one or more tire types.

High performance tires

High performance tires are designed for use at higher speeds, and more often, a more "sporty" driving style. They feature a softer rubber compound for improved traction, especially on high speed cornering. The tradeoff of this softer rubber is shorter tread life.

Mud and snow tires

Mud and Snow, is a designation applied rather arbitrarily by manufacturers for all-season and winter tires designed to provide improved performance under low temperature conditions, compared to summer tires. The tread compound is usually softer than that used in tires for summer conditions, thus providing better grip on ice and snow, but wears more quickly at higher temperatures. Tires may have well above average numbers of sipes in the tread pattern to grip the ice. There are no traction performance requirements which such a tire has to meet; Mud and Snow relates to the percentage of tread void area.

All season tires

The All Season tire classification is a compromise between one developed for use on dry and wet roads during summer and one developed for use under winter conditions. The type of rubber and the tread pattern best suited for use under summer conditions cannot, for technical reasons, give good performance on snow and ice. The all-season tire is a compromise, and is neither an excellent summer tire nor an excellent winter tire.

All-terrain tires

All-terrain tires are typically used on SUVs and light trucks. These tires often have stiffer sidewalls for greater resistance against puncture when traveling off-road, the tread pattern offers wider spacing than all-season tires to remove mud from the tread. Many tires in the all-terrain category are designed primarily for on-road use, particularly all-terrain tires that are originally sold with the vehicle.

WHEELS OF MANY KIND

Modern passenger vehicles and tubeless tires typically use one-piece rims with a “safety” rim profile. The safety feature helps keep the tire bead held to the rim under adverse conditions by having a pair of safety humps extending inwardly of the rim toward the other tire bead seat from an outer contoured surface of the rim.

Rim is where the tire resides on the wheel and the rim supports the tire shape, the dimensions of the rims are a factor in the handling characteristics of an automobile. For example:

• Overly wide rims in relation to the tire width for a particular car may result in more vibration and less comfortable ride because the sidewalls of the tire have insufficient curvature to flex properly over rough driving surfaces. Oversized rims will cause the tire to rub when turning.
• Overly narrow rims in relation to the tire width may cause poor handling as the tire may distort sideways under fast cornering.

Alloy wheels

Alloy wheels are automobile wheels which are made from an alloy of aluminum or magnesium. They are typically lighter for the same strength and provide better heat conduction and improved cosmetic appearance than "normal" wheels. The earliest light alloy wheels made were made of magnesium alloys. Once aluminum casting improvements were more widely adopted, the aluminum wheel took its rightful place as low cost high performance wheels for motorsports.

Lighter wheels can improve handling by reducing unsprang mass, allowing suspension to follow the terrain more closely and thus improve grip, however not all alloy wheels are lighter than their steel equivalents. Reduction in overall vehicle mass can also help to reduce fuel consumption.

Better heat conduction can help dissipate heat from the brakes, which improves braking performance in more demanding driving conditions and reduces the chance of brake failure due to overheating.
