HOW WE GO ON

Our business track is little bit different to all others. For getting orders directly from the market we employed many agents who get salary as well as commissions from the order per hundred. Such as if one agent gets $700 per month, he gets another $25 per hundred. So if he gets 1000 unit order he can earn $250 more added with the salary. Presently, we have 78 agents nationwide. They knock the buyers and market representatives and seek the high selling goods.
Every day our agents seek information in the market and bring good news for us. According to the order, we search for the ordered goods on the internet focusing our attention in China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan and some other European countries. 
Orders depend on the demand of the clients and taste of the clients. We generally know that there are many kinds of products in the world and their quality are not same. Client has to mention us about the quality, the time length, shipping time, warranty or anything. We seek the good in the open Markets and online markets and contact the sellers/manufacturers in different countries.

  It does not mean that we prone to China. We verify the products in different countries and when we see the price comes in the range we talk with the sellers. Sometimes, after long talk we can not be sure about the product, so we then determine to visit the factory in that country. This is the perfect way of this line. Without factory visit and attending the time of shipment you can not be sure and certain that you are getting the right goods you ordered.
Sometimes, we do not get order but we keep contact with the manufacturers, get quotations because we do not know which order comes next. If we can convey the information right away clients are satisfied. Now we are enriched with the name of the items, their nature, configuration, price and cost, shipping charge and so on.
Not only our staffs, our chairman as well participates in the correspondence with the buyers and sellers. We love to work hard for the buyers satisfaction, so we work hard to chose the right product from the markets. We have some bitter experience in the past about the shipping cost and the product we ordered. In the past we did not go for factory visit, so sometimes the result was horrible. In 2015 we ordered a company after seeing their product in the website and after final talk we paid them through TT. And after quite some time we knew that there was no such a company in existence. We had to loose more than $23600 for our own mistakes. It was a good learning for us. After 2015 we never order a foreign company without visiting their factory. It is not that we do not believe them, it is both for us, for both of our best belief best trust.

We have collected samples from the manufacturers and showed them in our showrooms. When our clients visit our show rooms they can have a closer look of the products and order them. By this we can get rid of the commissions of the agents. We call it STREET MARKETING.
We always urge for getting samples from the manufacturers because we want to involve in STREET MARKETING where buyer and source get direct and face to face meeting for their mutual benefit. Many new farms are now trying to copy our policy of street marketing but in most cases they are not successful because we have a long track record.
Besides, we safeguard every dime our clients spend with us. We believe not in profit, we believe in assistance and proper customer satisfaction. By this we can get more customers through others who once got our services. Marketing these days does not depend on adverts. Rather it depends on clients satisfaction and information spreading from customers are true adverts that can bring multiplied customers each business day.
